Trash/Yard Waste –

Only six holidays affect collection service:
Thanksgiving
Christmas
New Year's Day
Dr. Martin Luther King Jr.'s Birthday (observed)
Memorial Day
Fourth of July
Waste will not be collected on these holidays, and all scheduled pickups will be delayed by one (business) day. Collection will return to the normal the following week.
Please remember if you live with an alley behind you regular trash and yard waste is picked up from the alley. Storm debris after large storms can be picked up curb side (Only after storms). And any special/large or extra pickups can be called in 352-338-3233. Please keep this number if you have any questions.

Hurricane Season –

We are working towards this site being the main source for information for our residents.

Golf Cart - Please make sure your entire household is following the Alachua County guidelines and requirements of golf cart usage on the roadways! For the safety of all residents please encourage family members to keep a watchful eye out for pedestrians and yield to all pedestrians on all esplanade areas.
Pool Area –
Please help take care of our amenities. Please be mindful of the pool rules which include NO dogs in the pool/pool area. Please remember NO pool parties. Please be respectful of the resident/non-resident ratio to allow more of our community residents to be at the pool.
NO night swimming. Many children have been at the pool area at night please inform them NO Night Swimming. Please do not give our amenities code to non residents.

Thursday, August 4th - The Third Quarter Board of Directors meeting will be held on Thursday August 4th at 4:00 PM at the Town of Tioga Meeting Hall, 205 SW 131st Street, Tioga, FL.
You can do your part in helping keep Tioga Safe & Special by keeping a lookout & reporting suspicious activity to local authorities!
