Nicole Bodlak -

Hello neighbors! I just wanted to take a minute to give a quick introduction. I’m a native Floridian and have lived in our beautiful Town of Tioga neighborhood for 16 years! I’ve enjoyed hosting several neighborhood events including the Cart & Bike Tioga Lights Parade and the Tioga Dog Parade for our sweet neighbor Phoebe. My husband Brandon and I have two kids, one with two legs and one with four.

I’ve spent the majority of my professional career in community service and leadership roles. I’ve worked in sports marketing, physician and patient relations, hospital administration, and in nonprofits for a national charitable foundation.

Currently, I’m mentoring college students as an Adjunct Professor at the University of Florida and run an elementary and middle school Club helping to empower kids and nurture their love for creative writing and storytelling.

I have an MBA from Nova Southeastern University and a BA is Journalism with a concentration in Public Relations and Advertising from the University of Central Florida.

I’m passionate about keeping the core foundation of which our Town of Tioga community was founded. Our neighborhood was built for the community! I would love to have your vote to be elected to our Homeowners Association Board for 2024.

We are all in this together,

Matthew Davis-

I am new to the community and consider the community the premier in the Gainesville area. I am the owner of a Wealth Management and Business Benefits practice. My wife and I recently had our first child. Before graduating from the University of Florida, I served 4 years—Active Duty—in the US Army, deploying to Iraq for a 12-month tour. I am interested in serving the board to sustain and improve the community’s allure.

Tom Nelson –

Elaine and I are recent transplants from Mansfield Texas due to her accepting a position at HCA Hospital in Gainesville. I retired from Bell Helicopter in 2020.  My skill set is paint applications. Most rewarding was in management at different companies in my experience.I recently joined the BMW motorcycle club in Jacksonville to keep myself busy. I was looking at volunteering my time locally now that we are settled as well. Thanks for giving me and Elaine, two pups and one ancient cat, the opportunity to serve this community.Best regards,
