Objective: Review all Design Review submissions. Discuss drainage installed prior to submissions.
Goal: Establish, discuss, and approve said Design Review submissions. Provide time for board to discuss and vote on the Board’s position relative to the drainage issues and resolution.

2:05 PM – 2:20 PM Summarize issue with review of “as designed Luis
drainage planned” with original drainage projection and “2019
topographical findings”
2:20 PM – 2:45 PM Discuss with homeowners’ plan to remediate
2:45 PM – 3:00 PM Design Review submissions reviewed. Board to vote on any necessary issues.
