This letter is being sent to inform you of the recent decision by the TOTCA Board of Directors that will impact the Homeowner’s Association assessments. At the October29, 2024 fourth quarter meeting the TOTCABoard of Directors voted toincrease quarterly assessments by$38 per month, effectiveJanuary 1st, 2025.The increase will cover both budget requirement costs and inflation costs for the neighborhood.
On the January 1st invoice, the total quarterly assessment due will be:
$609.00 single lot owners – per lot
$1,254.00 Villas
$1,173.00 Terrazas outside units,
$1.113.00 Terrazas inside units.
For further clarification please see the attached approved budget for 2025. The annual members meeting is currently scheduled for Tuesday, January 28th, 2025, at 6:00 pm in the meeting hall. Ifyouhaveanyquestions, please don’t hesitate tocontactmeoranyofyour TOTCA Board of Directors.
Please remember to adjust any autopays you may have either through your bank or with our credit card system to reflect the updated increase.
Yes, in the past the accounting company puts together booklets of the review and we make available at the preceding board meeting or any resident can come to the office and review anytime during our office hours.
