STORY OF TIOGA

When Michael Diaz and his family moved to Gainesville, he and his son, Luis, imagined a neighborhood that would give people a sense of community with gathering places including parks, a town square and quaint shops. They envisioned the tree-lined streets filled with homes whose architecture is as unique as the people who live in them. With vision and purpose, they sought out a piece of land that was steeped in history with unique natural elements around which a community could be developed.

 

 

The lines of majestic grandfather oaks and rich mining history they found in the small crossroads town of Tioga fit their desires for a location perfectly.
