1.) Airbnb’s – current rule and any changes to be made to short term rentals
2.) Fireworks – additional wording added to Homeowner Handbook
3.) Pool hours – changing the pool hour from dawn to dusk to specific times.
9:30 am – 10:00 am Old Business: Possible intent to discuss tabled new business item from 7/23/25 BOD meeting Airbnb’s: lots 421 & 456.
