Community Updates!! Closure of pool area - We will be having the floors in the pool cabana bathrooms redone starting Friday March 25th. For the safety of residents, the pool area will be closed during this time. Please be sure to let your household know. Once all work is completed, I will notify when everything is back up and running. ETA is currently a week if all goes well with weather. We really appreciate your patience while we get this necessary work completed!! Community Yard Sale - The Community Yard Sale will be held Saturday April 30th from 8:00 a.m. to noon. Please be sure to mark your sale with some eye-catching balloons! I am arranging once again for the Florida Sheriffs Youth Ranch to pick up any donations that day…. more info to follow as the time gets closer. Reminder to lock vehicles As a general reminder lock your vehicles and do not leave valuables or keys in your vehicles. (And in sight) Also general reminder please report suspicious activity and follow proper channels. Non-emergency number is 352-955-1818. RV or boat storage If anyone is needing to rent out a space for boats or RV's there is spaces available in the Dibro’s storage area. (Off of SW 131st Street before first roundabout entering the neighborhood). Please inquire with Kimi at 352-331-6220! Sidewalk Trip Hazards We currently have several work orders with the county for sidewalk repairs. I am currently working on an additional list if you would like to submit any that are of concern, I can cross reference to make sure I get as many in when the county comes out. Please submit to tcmmail@townoftioga.com please give address/lot numbers/streets or pictures that will be helpful in identifying. I submit directly to the county at https://alachuacounty.us/Depts/PW/Roads/Pages/Road%20and%20Bridge.aspx through the rbmaintenance@alachuacounty.us email. Board of Directors meeting is scheduled for Thursday, April 28th at 4;00 p.m. in the meeting hall for anyone interested in attending. Iguana Joes - Food Truck SUNDAY in The Town of Tioga- Iguana Joe's Tropical Snow- 12-6pm We have had such an amazing response for Food Truck Tuesday that we have added this coming Sunday to the schedule. SUNDAY, March 20th from 12-6pm, Iguana Joe's Tropical Snow will be parked in the meeting hall parking lot located between the pool and basketball court.
