4th Quarter 2024 Community Updates

Happy Holidays Everyone,

 

A few important reminders going into the Holiday. Tioga Community Management will be closed: on Tuesday, December 24thWednesday, December 25th

Thursday, December 26th Tuesday, January 31stWednesday, January 1st 

AutoPay & Credit Card Payments on the Town of Tioga website: Please be sure all bank auto-pays are updated for the increase in dues starting January 1st, 2025. If you have credit card auto-pays set up on our Town of Tioga website please know that on December 20th, 2024, all will be deleted with the old payment plan amounts. New credit card auto-pays will need to be created by the resident with updated payment plans reflecting the new amounts.

We are very sorry for any inconvenience this may cause. Please let us know if you have any questions regarding payments. (tcmmail@townoftioga.com) January 1st, 2025 the total quarterly assessment due will be:

$609.00 single lot owners – per lot

$1,254.00 Villas

$1,173.00 Terrazas outside units

$1,113.00 Terrazas inside units.


In the first quarter billing on January 1st, 2025, there will be ballots and proxies for the voting of the TOTCA Board of Directors for 2025. All bios will be posted to the community website: https://www.townoftioga.com/ 


The Annual Meeting is scheduled for Tuesday, January 28th, 2025, at 6:00 pm in the Meeting Hall



Trash/Yard Waste Residential curbside collection service for trash, please reference the Alachua County site for helpful information regarding pickups and holidays. https://alachuacounty.us/Depts/SolidWaste/Info/Pages/Info.aspx

Only six holidays affect collection service:

  • Thanksgiving

  • Christmas

  • New Year's Day

  • Dr. Martin Luther King Jr.'s Birthday (observed)

  • Memorial Day

  • Fourth of July  

​Waste will not be collected on these holidays, and all scheduled pickups will be delayed by one (business) day. The collection will return to normal the following week. Please remember if you live with an alley behind you regular trash and yard waste are picked up from the alley. Storm debris after large storms can be picked up curbside (Only after storms). And any special/large or extra pickups can be called at 352-338-3233. Please keep this number if you have any questions.

Deliveries & Packages

Please take caution with deliveries and be vigilant. If you are not able to be home when a package is being delivered possibly get with a neighbor to see if they can hold it for you.

Please report any suspicious activity or stolen packages directly to the Alachua Sheriff’s Office 352-955-1818 for non-emergency and 911 if you encounter an emergency.
