The 4th quarter billing will be going out October 1st so please look for the new amenities code & quarterly meeting information in with the mailing/email.
Please consider getting your quarterly invoices by mail! Please email tcmmail@townoftioga.com that you would like to make that change!
Halloween – Halloween falls on Saturday, October 31st this year! While Halloween is not a sponsored event by the HOA but more so a community wide celebration, the HOA will follow through and take the same precautions as it has done in the years past. The HOA will place trash cans out, no parking signage, and signage about county guidelines regarding covid-19. And will also hire off duty sheriffs to patrol and manage traffic.
Please if you do not wish to participate in the handing out of candy simply turn off your front porch light. We respect and understand the choice to participate and to not participate. We just want you all to be safe & will take our yearly precautions for the community.
Alleyways - Please everyone be mindful of children playing in or around alleyways. Please go slow and enter and exit the correct way for each alley. Our postal service, WCA, and residents need to be able to drive through each alleyway. Please be mindful about having contractors and make sure they park staggered in the roadways and not in the alley ways.
