UPCOMING EVENT’S:

October 16, (Wednesday) 2024 - The Budget Committee meeting will be held on Wednesday, October 16th at 10:00 a.m. at the Town of Tioga Meeting Hall, 205 SW 131st Street, Tioga, FL 32669-3052.

October 29, 2024 (Tuesday) - The Quarterly Board of Directors meeting will be held on Tuesday, October 29th at 6:00 p.m. at the Town of Tioga Meeting Hall, 205 SW 131st Street, Tioga, FL 32669-3052.

October 31, 2024 (Thursday) Halloween Trick or Treat 6-8 pm. While Halloween is not a sponsored event by the HOA it is considered more so a community wide celebration, the HOA will follow through and take the same precautions as it has done in the year’s past. The HOA will place trash cans out, and no parking signage for common areas. The HOA will also hire off duty sheriffs to patrol and manage traffic. Please if you do not wish to participate in the handing out of candy simply turn off your front porch light. We respect and understand the choice to participate and to not participate.

Credit Card Payment Update -Starting October 1st, 2024, residents can pay HOA dues directly through The Town of Tioga website: https://www.townoftioga.com/. If you are not a current member of the website, consider joining so you can receive updates, and announcements, access HOA documents, and pay your HOA dues. 

All homeowners who are currently using the Card Point system for credit card payments will no longer be able to use this site after October 1, 2024. If you have an autopay on Card Point it will no longer be active after October 1, 2024. Please contact our office for any questions– tcmmail@townoftioga.com.
