I. Attendance, Quorum, Call to Order (5 min) 11:00 AM
II. Discussion and meeting regarding a quote from Florida Pest to completely seal up approximately 24 returns as well as repair soffit falling and gaps where wildlife has pushed up the soffit in areas around the building. Install 1-way device to let squirrels out and not back in then remove the devices and seal the area where the devices were. This is necessary to make compliant from Florida Pest Annual Inspection in July 2024.
Discussion on plans for payment possibly from the capital reserve of the Villas.
