Community Updates!!


Reminder to check for packages and mail.

If any resident finds mail or packages have been stolen from their mailboxes, please follow the steps below:

Report to Alachua County Sheriff’s Office (352-955-1818 – non-emergency) and have them provide an incident #.

Let your local postal service know and can also be reported to the postal inspector at USPS.COM. (Scroll to the bottom of the page) the postal inspector may ask for the incident #.


Reminder to lock vehicles

As a general reminder lock your vehicles and do not leave valuables or keys in your vehicles. (And in sight) Also general reminder please report suspicious activity and follow the proper channels. The non-emergency number is 352-955-1818.



Resident Outreach Program

The first meeting is scheduled for Tuesday, June 20th at 6:00 pm. Please contact your Board President Al Purdy for more information or any questions at purdy8054@gmail.com.


Food Trucks

Please see attached schedule for up-and-coming food trucks. Please everyone food truck attendance has been low, and people need to start showing up to support the food trucks if we want this event to continue! We have some exciting and delicious new trucks coming over the summer along with Nothing Bundt Cakes and a new frozen ice truck. RV or boat storage

If anyone is needing to rent out a space for boats or RV's there are spaces available in the Dibro’s storage area. (Off of SW 131st Street before the first roundabout entering the neighborhood). Please inquire with Kimi at 352-331-6220!


Sidewalk Trip Hazards

We currently have several work orders with the county for sidewalk repairs.

Community Garden
