Builders - Howe Development

In 1988 Rick and his wife Leigh founded Howe Development Corporation. As a lifetime Gainesville resident, Rick knows the community standards and strives to create homes that will appeal to the Tioga resident by offering state-of-the-art appliances, fixtures and upgrade options. Premiering in the 2006 Parade Showcase, Howe Development features top of the line craftsmanship and impressive design.

Howe Development believes in community involvement and is a member of both the Gainesville Builders Association and the Gainesville Area Chamber of Commerce. Rick is also the immediate past president of Gainesville Builders Association. Rick takes the needs of the local community seriously as he currently serves on the board of the Council for Economic Opportunity and is working with Habitat for Humanity on a sixty-home subdivision.
