Town of Tioga was created from the visionary plan of the Dibros Corporation. Dibros principals Michael Diaz and his son, Luis A. Diaz, dreamed of a neighborhood that gives people space without isolation. They pictured gathering places including parks, a town square and a group of community shops. They envisioned homes that are as individual as the people who live in them.

To a significant degree, the responsibility for fulfilling this ideal rests in the hands of the homebuilders. So Michael and Luis selected the showcase builders for the Town of Tioga very carefully.
